| Morning of Tournament (6/18). Bring completed form and Exact $$ Amount (CASH ONLY - NO Checks!!) to weigh-in. NO pre-registration.

Entry Fee:
| $20 CASH per Division, due at weigh-in. Separate forms are required for each division entered. General Admission is $3.00.

Weigh-in:
| Morning of Tournament (6/18) from 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.

Divisions:
| Madison weight system will be used. Double Elimination.
Separate forms are required for each division entered.
Based on Current Grade Level:
I. K-5th Grade
II. 6-8th Grade
III. 9-12th Grade

Rules:
| Scholastic rules apply.
Bouts will be 2- 1- 1 min. First OT: 1 min, Second OT: 30 sec.
Blind Draw Seeding. Headgear is required.

Awards:
| Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places.

Food:
| Concession will open at 7:30 a.m. and serve food throughout the day.
